Return Policy

Please note! If you decide to return your order, there are some important things to keep in mind. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. You then have another 14 days to return the product. However, the costs for the return are for your account. This normally costs between €7-€8 per package, depending on the carrier.

If you choose to exercise this right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all delivered accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging to our address in the Netherlands. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we reserve the right to pass this depreciation on to you.  

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal is excluded for products whose seal has been broken after delivery and the product has been used. This applies inter alia to grooming products such as beard oil and beard shampoo. If the packaging has been opened or the product has been visibly used, it cannot be returned.

To claim this right, please contact us at info@vanbaard.nl  Once we receive the return product in good order, we will refund the order amount within 14 days. Track & trace must be shared with vanBAARD at info@vanbaard.nl after the package is shipped. Please keep the shipping receipt until we confirm that we have received the returned product.

In case you want to cancel an order that has already been paid for, we advise you to contact our helpdesk immediately: info@vanbaard.nl. This is because we work with a fulfillment center that processes orders quickly once they are paid, and after that cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Please also include a bill with your order number so that we can immediately proceed with a refund upon receipt.

Please note that we do not have an address in Belgium. If you make use of the cooling off period, the costs of return shipment are for your own account. In case of defective products we will of course pay the return costs.

It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned or that you are dissatisfied with a product. Should this be the case, we recommend that you first contact us by email(info@vanbaard.nl). If we cannot work it out together we can always request mediation via WebwinkelKeur (https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil). We always strive to find a suitable solution together and will never fail to assist our customers when problems arise.
